The MDC will work closely with the Director of Community Support Services to ensure that programs are meeting the needs of 2SLGBTQ seniors and are in alignment with the client's mission and values. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, gerontology, or a related field, as well as experience working with diverse communities and a commitment to social justice and equity. The MDC will also have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and community partners to provide high-quality services to 2SLGBTQ seniors.Overall, the Manager of Direct Care Services plays a crucial role in supporting the well-being and independence of 2SLGBTQ seniors in the community.
