Position Summary The Manager of Mission&Impact serves as the operational driver of the organization. Reporting directly to the Founder, this individual ensures the organization fulfills its mission with excellence and purpose. This role oversees staff management, fundraising, program management, marketing, volunteer engagement, and financial stewardship. Must have a passion for international mission work. Key Responsibilities Leadership&Management Strategic Direction Fundraising&Communications Financial Oversight&Operations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred 3 years of nonprofit experience REQUIRED Financial experience with budgets and QuickBooks REQUIRED Ability to lead a team Strong fundraising, budgeting, and donor stewardship skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. High integrity, transparency, and a deep passion for international mission work. Experience with volunteer management, event planning, or cross-cultural work is a plus.
