Apply industry knowledge and expertise in business strategies to improve an organization’s structure, efficiency, or profits by participating in organizational evaluations, gathering and analyzing data, and developing solutions to business problems. Utilize strategic planning and analysis, market analysis, information technology, operations strategy, and supply chain and sourcing analysis to evaluate organizational performance and design systems and procedures to improve or transform operations. Apply cutting-edge business processes and technology to build high-performance predictive models and develop insightful analytical approaches to business situations. 100% telecommuting permitted within the US. Requirements: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field plus 1 year of experience in management consulting, strategy analysis, or business analysis. 1 year of experience with each of the following skills: Leading the design analysis of multiple programs using different analytical tools like Optistruct, Abaqus, ANSYS, and nCode to accomplish target KPIs. Negotiating and balancing internal deliverables with multiple internal stakeholders while maintaining high resource utilization. Collaborating with global teams in the development and implementation of new structural analysis methods. Managing correlation work with external and 3rd party vendors for off-site testing. Improving cost savings by developing novel solutions that meet design, manufacturing, quality, and program budgets using topology and topography optimization methods. Up to 100% of travel to undetermined domestic and international client locations, as needed. 40 hours per week, $127,400 to $200,000 per year.
