Full-time, Part-time, On-Call RA2 $250 dollar bonus upon hire if references, documents and availability are completed same week of offer: JOB SUMMARY:: A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) partnering with Radiant will work with Skilled Nursing facilities. This role is responsible for the daily clinical care needs of the residents.: RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide primary nursing care to residents with varying backgrounds and medical histories Administer medications, wound care and other treatment options A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will monitor and communicate changes of condition to provider Provide medical intervention as needed for emergent needs Communicate needs of resident to outside providers including but not limited to: Primary Care Provider, Home Health Agency, Pharmacy, etc. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you would communicate resident condition to family, and or responsible party members Implement and follow Primary Care Providers orders Other Duties as Assigned REQUIREMENTS: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensure in the State or practice: BENEFITS: Birthday/Holiday Pay Referral Bonuses 401K PTO Accrual
