Property Advisors Management is hiring for a Licensed Community Association Manager We are looking for an experienced and licensed CAM to join our dynamic team. The CAM is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of HOA and Condo communities and for ensuring the overall performance of the communities within their portfolio. Position Responsibilities Manage a HOA and Condo Associations portfolio, ensuring adherence to regulations, covenants, and bylaws. Maintain knowledge and understanding of the management contract between Property Advisors Management and the associations and ensure contractual obligations are met. Serve as a liaison with the board of directors to ensure quality services are met and assist in the prompt response and resolution of questions and issues. Provide regular updates to the board of directors. Conduct property inspections and oversee covenant enforcement. Prepare board packages and attend monthly, quarterly, and annual association meetings. Monitor client delinquency and collections process. Manage association vendors and obtain vendor proposals. Demonstrate financial acumen, including reviewing monthly financial reports for accuracy and annual budget preparation. Assist with maintaining and uploading documents to the association portal. Other duties as assigned. Skills&Qualifications Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills. Proficient in reviewing financial statements, preparing budgets, vendor selection, and project management. Must have strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to multitask. Proficient in MS Office and property management software. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Deep understanding of community governing documents and regulations and ability to apply Florida Statutes and Community documents. Minimum Requirements Must be Licensed CAM by the State of Florida for Community Association Management. Must have prior HOA or Condominium Property Management. 3 years experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Hold a valid driver’s license. Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and occasionally climb. Ability to respond to emergencies during and after regular business hours in a timely manner. Base Salary and Benefits Cell phone and mileage reimbursement Health/dental/life insurance, Paid vacation $60,000 to $65,000 based on experience
