Manage customer expectations and ensure delivery of both support and enhancement activities. Provide Data Architecture and Data Modeling inputs to the team. Provide solutions to the technical issues in the ETL landscape. Manage improvement activities. Manage teams with different technology landscapes. Requirements: 10-12 years of overall experience. 6-8 Years of experience in designing and developing ETL solutions using Datastage. 4-5 years of experience in managing Delivery. Strong understanding of Data Modeling, theories, principles, and practices. Experience in managing teams in onsite-offshore model. Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and expectations.
