Additional experience in Litigation, Arbitration, and Employment is an advantage. Candidates with an international background and local PRC expertise are preferred. Responsibilities: Advise clients in regulatory, compliance, internal and government investigations, litigation and dispute resolution matters. Experience in representing companies in matters ranging from corruption and conflicts of interest, to trade compliance and cybersecurity incidents. Skills: Experience working with industries in life sciences, technology and telecommunications, chemicals, automotive, diversified industrials and retail sectors is an advantage. Ability to handle complex legal matters and provide practical legal advice to clients. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
