Job Description - Interventional Radiology - Clinical Nurse Leader (3314973) Schedule: Full-Time; 36 hours The Clinical Leader participates in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating patient care and developing programs to support clinical care consistent with the mission and goals of Brigham&Women’s Faulkner Hospital as well as the requirements of JCAHO and other applicable federal, state and local regulatory and/or accrediting agencies. Responsibilities include participation in oversight and operation of the patient care area, ensuring quality patient care for patients in the following age groups: pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The Clinical Leader will also assure the practice of the Patient and Family Centered Care Model in an environment that exemplifies best practice. Minimum Requirements BSN required. MSN preferred. Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required. BLS certification required. 2 years of IR experience preferred. 2 years of Supervisory/Managerial experience preferred. Adheres to all I.C.A.R.E. standards. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Works with the Nursing Director to evaluate practice, recommend change and identify outcomes related to nursing practice. Able to plan and implement educational opportunities.
