Job Duties and Responsibilities: Demonstrates product knowledge and great consultative sales skills and be able to effectively close sales to meet/exceed sales (enrollment) goals. Answer incoming calls, emails, and/or chats according to established sales processes/policies. Handle inbound and outbound calls to all customers utilizing consultative sales. Manage a pipeline of customers by following up according to sales contact. Provide support and maintain relations with Envision by WorldStrides key partners. Provide high quality customer service to Envision by WorldStrides partners and customers, as well as feedback between customers/stakeholders to ensure success of the business. Be an ambassador for who we are, what we do, and why we do it. Skills and Qualifications: Exceptional consultative sales skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient knowledge in MS Office products: Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to learn additional computer products to support business. Strong keyboarding and computer skills. Ability to work in a professional environment. Must be extremely customer-oriented and a team player. Solid customer service skills. Strong attention to detail. Education, Experience, and Training: At least 1 years of sales experience with an emphasis on consultative sales. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
