Job Duties and Responsibilities: Demonstrates product knowledge and great consultative sales skills and be able to effectively close sales to meet/exceed sales (enrollment) goals. Answer incoming calls, emails, and/or chats according to established sales processes/policies. Handle inbound and outbound calls to all customers utilizing consultative sales. Manage a pipeline of customers by following up according to sales contact. Provide support and maintain relations with Envision by WorldStrides key partners. Provide high-quality customer service to Envision by WorldStrides partners and customers, as well as feedback between customers/stakeholders to ensure success of the business. Be an ambassador for who we are, what we do, and why we do it. Skills and Qualifications: Exceptional consultative sales skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient knowledge in MS Office products: Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to learn additional computer products to support business needs. Strong keyboarding and computer skills. Ability to work in a professional environment. Must be extremely customer-oriented and a team player. Solid customer service skills. Strong attention to detail. Education, Experience, and Training: At least 1 years of sales experience with an emphasis on consultative sales. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
