Hiring Pay Ranges: IT Operations Specialist I – $18.00- $21.00 per hour IT Operations Specialist II – $19.00 - $23.50 per hour IT Operations Specialist III – $23.00 - $28.50 per hour The hiring pay range for this position is commensurate with the level of relevant experience and education. This position may be eligible to receive an additional $1.00 per hour if approved for the Spanish Communication Assistant Program. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the position. Delivers quality of service as defined by department standards. Maintains confidentiality as defined by department standards. Supports the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values. Other duties may be assigned. IT Operations Specialist I Performs several, if not all, of the above duties with regular direction and supervision. IT Operations Specialist II Maintains daily/monthly/yearly reporting. Processes transactions presented via multiple check processing channels. Operates scanning devices, encoding machine, letter opener. Performs data entry, 10- key, balancing, issue resolution, software installs and client training as required. Responsible for meeting daily department deadlines. Meets or exceeds productivity and accuracy standards as set by management. Troubleshoots, resolves, and/or escalates issues in a timely manner as determined by management. Performs the duties above with moderate direction and supervision. IT Operations Specialist III Supports and partners with Treasury Management and/or clients on supported applications. Serves as subject matter expert for all department supported applications. Performs quality checks as established by management. Ensures procedures are documented, reviewed and revised at established intervals. Oversees with training and onboarding Performs required duties with minimal direction and supervision. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE IT Operations Specialist I High School Diploma or general education (GED), 6 months of banking experience or relevant experience with transferable skills; or equivalent combination of education and experience IT Operations Specialist II High School Diploma or general education degree (GED), 3 years of banking experience or relevant experience with transferable skills; or equivalent combination of education and experience IT Operations Specialist III Preferred Associate Degree, 7 years of banking experience or relevant experience with transferable skills; or equivalent combination of education and experience Equal Opportunity Employer / Affirmative Action / Minorities / Female / Disabled / Veteran ANB Bank is committed to providing Equal Opportunity in Employment.
