Indotronix is seeking a Hybrid-Site Reliability Engineer Lead in the Phoenix (AZ) or Pittsburgh (PA) location Position Title: Site Reliability Engineer Lead Position Location: 1. Phoenix (AZ) 2. Pittsburgh (PA) Ability to work remote: 4 days in the office, 1 remote Days of the week: Mon - Fri. May need to be on call on weekends for rare situations, will be compensated OT for time dedicated to weekend calls Duration: Contract to hire Roles and Responsibilities: Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems as well as applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding. Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures. Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning. Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts. Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objectives. Experience Required: Level 4: 6 years Must Have Technical Skills: 1. Dynatrace 2. SQL or other forms such as MySQL - understand the database concepts and run queries 3. Prometheus - basic understanding 4. Full stack engineer background experience - databases, services, network, know if there is a problem 5. CICD - know how to navigate 6. GitHub and GitLab - Aversion control storing and development Flex Skills/Nice to Have: 1. Grafana Soft Skills: 1.Need to know how to collaborate - team player 2.Open to learning 3.Handle pressure 4.Good frame of mind Education/Certifications: Bachelors preferred but relevant work experience more important Role Differentiator: Growth opportunities.
