Employer Industry: Human Resources Services Why consider this job opportunity: Opportunity for potential contract extension or conversion to a permanent role Flexible remote work environment with occasional in-office days Schedule: 9-5 Monday through Friday, with a potential shift to 12-8 in April 2025 Engaging work that involves assisting U.S. and Puerto Rico Associates with HR inquiries Supportive team atmosphere focused on professional development Gain experience in HR policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Serve as the primary resource for U.S. and Puerto Rico Associates contacting HR Shared Services Respond to inquiries related to W2s and 1095s through various communication channels Assist Associates and Managers in navigating HR systems Document call details and processing in the case management system Escalate complex issues to internal resources for further resolution What is Required (Qualifications): High school diploma or any degree Ability to ensure professional and confidential interactions with Associates Strong customer service skills Proficiency in processing HR transactions in an HCM system Familiarity with state, city, and federal regulations related to HR How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience in HR policies and procedures Familiarity with case management systems Previous experience in a customer service role Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
