Job Title: Human Resources Generalist Location: Aurora, CO Industry: Human Resources Pay: $80,000 - $95,000 annually Job Description: As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations, managing payroll and benefits, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. You will also be involved in employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR administration while working closely with leadership to foster a positive and productive workplace. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment&Onboarding: Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, create job descriptions, manage the full recruitment process, and oversee onboarding for new hires. Payroll&Benefits Administration: Process bi-weekly payroll for 525-550 employees, ensuring accuracy. Administer benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, assist with conflict resolution, and manage employee performance in line with company policies. Compliance&Recordkeeping: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and assist with audits. HR Administration&Reporting: Assist with updating HR policies, preparing HR reports, and providing support for other HR initiatives. Training&Development: Help coordinate training and development programs, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to career development strategies. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll, benefits, recruitment, and employee relations.
