Job Description To service and maintain the cleanliness of all public area floors, “front of house,” and “back of house,” including public and associate restrooms, lobbies and executive offices in accordance with Omni Standards. Responsibilities Maintain attendance in compliance with Omni standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the resort. Ensure that the hotel floor surfaces, tile, hardwood, carpet, etc. are serviced throughout the day. Utilize tools and equipment to appropriately clean floor surfaces, including waxing, buffing, polishing, stripping, and dusting hard surfaces such as wood, tile, and laminate. Safely use chemicals to clean and disinfect flooring (both carpets and hard surfaces). Operate various pieces of equipment necessary to effectively perform job functions, such as a high-speed buffer, extractor, wet-vac, pressure washer, auto scrubber, etc. Clean equipment after every use. Service all men's and ladies' public restrooms in lobby areas. Respond to guest requests, cleaning floors and carpets in hotel guest rooms and public spaces as necessary. Service the floors and carpets in executive and administrative offices. Perform any other tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift. Must be able to climb stairs. Requires repetitive motion. J-18808-Ljbffr
