Use all reasonable methods of prospecting for new and used customers on a daily basis; electronically, phone, and personal contact Demonstrate new and used vehicles to customers Continuously keep updated on product knowledge Maintain weekly activities and provide weekly reporting to appropriate manager Follow the proper sales delivery process to include completion of paperwork, introduction to pertinent dealership personnel, and follow-up after the sale is completed Attend various scheduled sales and training meetings Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience. Partner with the Financial Services Department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach. Other duties may be assigned by management. Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors. Qualifications Outside sales/customer service experience is required. Experience in fleet sales, selling commercial or fleet vehicles is a plus. Proficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office: Email, Excel, and Word. A desire to work in a commission, performance-based, environment. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license in the state that you will work and a good driving record. Great attitude with high-energy personality. Excellent customer service skills. Professional appearance and work ethic. Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
