The Financial Analyst will support all aspects of management reporting including support for budgeting activities and developing visual boards and KPI dashboards for the business. Job Description Provide financial support for initiatives that identify / eliminate process waste through application of Lean techniques Develop visual performance measures to support operational decision-making Establish the measures that will drive improvement Tie measures to customer value Document the measurement processes and trends Responsible for planning and analysis of several P&L line items to support financial decisions with data driven insights Work with cross-functional teams to develop value stream maps and measure value stream profitability Support the Finance Manager and WPA management team with various ad-hoc requests and analysis Maintain System/Data clean-up and maintenance Support monthly reporting package process Qualifications 2-5 years of relevant experience in FP&A or related field Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong Excel and PowerPoint a must. Experience with Oracle or another large ERP system a plus. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or a related field is preferred Must have a strong attention to detail and a desire for accuracy. We are a detail-oriented organization and will drill to invoice-level data when needed. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and has a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit to meet deadlines. Candidates must be comfortable with constant shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding verbal/written communication, presentation, organizational and teamwork skills are required. Ability to build and maintain business partner relationships, works well with others, collaborative and cooperative. Strong and meticulous analytics and strategic thinking skills Collaborative team player, strong relationship-building, and active partnership with cross-functional teams. Ability to interact with department leadership and senior executives in a confident and professional manner. Pay Rate: $65,000-$80,000 and may include a discretionary bonus.
