Responsible for meeting or exceeding budgeted staffing hours, lead flow, productivity, stores staffed, hot calls, confirmation, net revenue and Confirmed Leads per Hour (CLPH) per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); and for establishing and building relationships with the retail store management and associates within the assigned market. JOB SUMMARY: The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting in all aspects of managing the Field Marketing Program so that all short and long term goals are met or exceeded. The primary function is to provide support to hourly Store&Home Improvement Advisors (SHIA) so that optimal performance is achieved. JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Attend all sales meetings and ensure Home Solutions Advisors are in attendance. Monitor daily/weekly reports to drive improvement in performance. Communicate as needed with assigned Appointment Center Market Coordinator to identify opportunities for lead conversion budget for the territory. Maintain weekly communication with advisors, Full Line Store (FLS) manager and direct manager to gather feedback on program performance. Maintain regular communication with Event Marketing Team on upcoming events. Plan and conduct additional lead generating opportunities (Event Marketing, Kiosk, etc). Build positive relationships with the FLS management team and associates. Drive Home Solution Advisor awareness of the Shop Your Way Rewards (SYWR) program. Communicate as needed with Human Resources partner(s). Develop and implement incentive programs (i.e., contests, rewards and recognition) to motivate high team performance. Identify training needs through monitoring and mystery shopping the In-Store Marketers. Perform supervisory functions, including but not limited to, making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting and terminating, conducting performance appraisals and coaching and developing associates. Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent. 3-4 years of related experience. Valid Driver License for the State of employment. Up to 75% travel (in surrounding area). 18 years of age or older. REQUIRED SKILLS: Ability to drive to assigned territory and sit in an automobile for extended periods of time. Ability to walk, stand and move around for extended periods of time. Ability to organize and prioritize. Ability to be self-motivated in order to maintain high performance from a home-based office. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to be flexible. Ability to have available and reliable transportation. Ability to maintain a positive mental attitude at all times to provide a positive role model for subordinates, peers and other members of management. Ability to balance multiple priorities at one time, dealing with shifting priorities and handling employee problems and issues. Good problem solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure. Computer knowledge, with the ability to access the internet from home. Ability to manage and develop non-exempt associates in team and relationship building. Ability to manage time and be results driven. Ability to performance manage Store&Home Improvement Advisors.
