Remote Family Law Attorney- Anywhere in Washington State $100,000 - $170,000 Bellevue, WA Our client is a boutique Family Law practice in Bellevue, WA. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our legal team on a permanent basis. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of family law cases. The ideal candidate will have a passion for family law, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients. As a Family Law Attorney, your responsibilities will include: Representing clients in all aspects of family law proceedings, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and property division. Meeting with clients to discuss their case, understand their objectives, and develop a strategic plan to achieve their goals. Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients in an attempt to resolve disputes without the need for litigation. Representing clients in court, presenting evidence, and making persuasive arguments to the judge. Keeping clients informed about the progress of their case and responding to their inquiries in a timely manner. Staying updated on changes in family law and participating in professional development activities. The ideal candidate for the Family Law Attorney position will possess the following qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A current license to practice law in the state. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Family Law Attorney or Associate Family Law Attorney. In-depth knowledge of family law and court procedures. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and understandable manner. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively with other members of the legal team.
