Our Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and repair of all facilities and equipment to assure a continuous source of light, heat, water, power, and temperature control, recommending necessary changes in such facilities or equipment. Minimum Requirements: High school diploma/GED and two-year college degree in facilities maintenance or related field, or a minimum of two (2) years of experience at a commercial property in at least one of the following areas: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration or electronics and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be computer literate including basic understanding of and experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, as well as other databases or computer applications.
