Key Responsibilities: Assist with the following responsibilities, working closely with the Facilities Manager to: Support the day-to-day operations of the Facilities maintenance team. Process repair work orders, assign and follow up through completion. Maintain and update web-based maintenance management system. Work with Facilities Manager to locate more cost-effective vendors for existing and new markets. Assist in developing and maintaining training programs for technicians. Prepare RFPs, evaluate proposals, and make recommendations as needed. Provide support to the Facilities Manager and Service Technicians as required. Coordinate schedules of in-house maintenance technicians. Qualifications: Experience working in a facilities role, preferably in the fast food industry. Some experience working in either facilities management or restaurant operations. Basic knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and restaurant equipment preferred. Excellent communication skills, both orally and written. Bi-lingual, fluent in English and Spanish. Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills. Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel as well as web-based applications. Experience with Facilities Management software preferred. May require limited evening and weekends as necessary.
