Job Description Responsibilities: Lead, guide, and train a staff of approximately 10 employees. Enforce company rules and policies. Direct the shop staff to ensure the correct component parts are being fabricated to schedule. Verify time cards and employee performance. Ensure that the correct priority and staffing is in place for on-time delivery while meeting quality requirements. Manage overtime coverage. Qualifications: Previous supervisory experience in a metal fabrication job shop. Ability to read and understand job prints and drawings. Experience with heavy plate weldments and supports.
