Relevant work experience required. Must be okay with hands-on work. What you need to have: Experience in testing and troubleshooting of assembly of electronics and electro-mechanical systems, design circuitry, prototype model. Troubleshoot system-level and component-level problems in electrical and mechanical systems and subsystems. Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics. What you will be doing: Perform routine to moderately complex electro-mechanical technical functions and activities such as design, test, checkout, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting, and assembly of electronics and electro-mechanical systems, experimental design circuitry, prototype models, specialized test equipment, tools, and test fixtures. Test and troubleshoot system-level and component-level problems in electrical and mechanical systems and subsystems. Perform new system and NPI installations and field upgrades. Work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts, or plans to perform routine testing and troubleshooting. Compile logbooks and test procedures documentation utilizing good writing skills. Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic&vacuum, and process testing on company platforms to Engineering and Manufacturing documentation and specifications. Become familiar with current manufacturing and/or engineering processes and stay informed of any changes in procedures. Assist in the correction of problems. Perform rework as a result of testing.
