Job Responsibilities: Design and draft schematic, design development, and construction drawings Edit and develop electrical specifications Review and comment on submittals and shop drawings Perform lighting and electrical calculations Meet project budgets and project deadlines as directed by the project manager Supervise and mentor CADD and BIM technicians Attend consultant coordination meetings with Clients Coordinate project requirements with telephone and power companies Provide accurate and timely work Make site observations to observe construction progress and develop reports Job Requirements: Bachelors of Science in Architectural Engineering, illumination emphasis is preferred, but not required Five years of experience in the A/E/C industry Computer skills including AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Computer skills including Visual, AGI, and Elum Tools (Revit) Exceptional ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Proficient with building code requirements, the National Electrical Code, etc. Willing to work overtime if needed J-18808-Ljbffr
