Overview Colliers Engineering&Design is looking for a motivated Due Diligence Practice Leader to perform duties in support of the direction and vision of the environmental group in Dallas, TX Responsibilities Reviews and manages operations to ensure the quality of the technical products. Establishes effective long-range objectives, goals, and plans for assigned team. Provides technical and management leadership to the assigned team. Develops marketing program in conjunction with discipline goals. Advises and assists professionals in other groups when expert knowledge and expertise is required. Manages activities so an adequate profit is earned on all projects. Reviews monthly productivity and labor hour utilization-rates, reports and makes adjustments as needed. Assigns projects to staff and schedules work. Evaluate Employee Performance in accordance with company policy. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in related field. 10 years in related field. Demonstrated effective leadership across large groups of employees. Strategic thinking. Effective delegation skills. Proven ability to work effectively within diverse teams, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment. Ability to hold others accountable. Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
