Core Responsibilities: Develop and implement channel processes to support sales efforts. Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives. Day-to-Day: Manage and optimize PRM and CRM tools for better partner relations and tracking. Create and manage automation tools to improve process efficiency. Ideal Background: 8 years in sales, channel, or financial operations. Hands-on experience with Salesforce and proven track record in sales operations. Skills&Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
