Group has 30 clinic sites in the Fresno and surrounding area. Furthest location is one hour from Fresno, CA. Family Dentistry openings – can sponsor H1-B visa holders. Open to new graduates. Prefer residency trained and/or experienced. Base salary of $175,000 range DOE (guaranteed and depends on experience). Group offers monthly incentive bonuses based on patient volumes. Most providers see 15 patients per day on average. Federal loan assistance programs through CALS cares and NHSC. Can get up to $300K for loan forgiveness. Athena EMR for medical; Dentrix for dental. 8 hour work day. Clinic hours are 8:30 – 5:30 pm regularly. Providers rotate a “late” day on Mondays occasionally where they work from 11 am – 8 pm. No call. Full support team to maximize patient flow and visits. Dental assistants are bi-lingual Spanish speaking in case you need assistance. Each dentist has one receptionist and two dental assistants and three chairs. Dentists do their patient hygiene. The group does not employ dental hygienists. Week long comprehensive new hire orientation, includes training on EDR, digital scanning and rotary system. Five week ramp up schedule. Federal Tort reform malpractice insurance (this covers your tail insurance if you leave the practice at no cost). Full benefits including low cost medical, dental, vision, FSA’s and accident insurance. Paid LTD insurance and 401K with a 5% match after 6 months. 26 days of PTO plus 9 paid holidays and your birthday off. CME time and reimbursement as well. Holiday and weekend hours available at extra pay rates. Group has their own accredited Family Medicine residency program as well as a PA program.
