Your key responsibilities We are searching for an experienced and dynamic Senior Clinical Trial Developer and Modeler to join our team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for: Conceptualizing, developing, and optimizing clinical trial designs and predictive models with our clients. Streamlining clinical trial processes to ensure methods are efficient, cost-effective, and meet the highest standards of accuracy and validity. Running multiple client engagement teams. Providing clients with a unique business perspective on how advanced analytics can transform and improve their entire organization. Managing client service delivery expectations and relationships. Collaborating with clinical and research leaders to understand data needs and apply appropriate methodologies. Ensuring all clinical trial activities comply with regulatory standards. Preparing comprehensive reports of clinical trial results and presenting findings to stakeholders. To qualify for the role you must have A bachelor's degree and approximately five years of related work experience; or a graduate degree in the same and approximately four years of related work experience. Deep knowledge of Life Sciences Research and Early Discovery (R&ED) data&analytics. Proficiency in statistical modeling and clinical trial design. Experience with statistical analysis software (SAS, R, Python, etc.). Excellent understanding of clinical trial regulatory and submission processes. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. A minimum of four years’ experience providing consulting services to clients. A willingness to travel to meet client needs.
