If you love interacting with people and you’re interested in new opportunities, career growth, and a positive, fast-paced work environment, we want to hear from you Benefits Medical Vision Paid Vacation/Sick Time 401k Various discounts on travel/entertainment/wellness/gym membership, etc. Responsibilities Calling clients and technicians Scheduling field jobs with technicians, clients, and homeowners Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relations Preparing and gaining work authorizations Assist in acquiring billing information for clients and insurance companies Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed Qualifications Customer service experience required Dispatching or scheduling experience a plus Detail-oriented Must be able to work at a fast pace.
