We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to support Army programs. Successful candidates will have excellent communication, quantitative, research, and analytical skills in addition to the following: Responsibilities Provides subject matter expertise in managing and executing the ACEIT software. Provides initial planning documents, program&schedule breakdown structures, budget requirement analyses, and earned value guidance to program/Product Directors and integrated product teams. Provides support during review of contractor proposal submittals, including review of submitted hours, direct labor rates, overhead rates, other direct costs and general review of the contractor's Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Prepares Program Office Estimates (POE), Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE), Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD), Independent Cost Estimates (ICE), Component Cost Analysis (CCA), Business Case Analysis (BCA), and Affordability Analysis and Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA). Skills Required Minimum four (4) years of experience. Proficiency in Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Project). Must be able to manage multiple projects at one time. Expert ability to research, analyze, and evaluate information. Expert ability to express ideas effectively orally and in writing. Education Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
