This role will provide support to the Brinker Events Team assisting with a high number of events, ranging from small meetings to large scale conferences. This Team Member will report to the Manager of Brinker Events and will support with a variety of logistical and administrative duties. Success in this role includes being an upbeat team player who is flexible, proactive, highly organized and skilled in multi-tasking, creative, passionate about corporate events, a strong team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Your Key Job Functions Assist the Events Team with a high number of events, ranging from small meetings to large scale conferences. Support the events manager with logistical and administrative support. Maintain records of all events such as venues and catering suppliers. Ensure accurate payment and process where necessary. Assist with creative decisions. Help set up and dismantle events efficiently through to completion. Order and ensure all items for events arrive on time. Assist with the Master Calendar planning for purposeful enterprise scheduling. What You Bring to the Team Ability to perform routine and intermediate level administrative support tasks with minimal supervision in a timely manner. Ability to effectively listen and communicate with peers and business associates both verbally and in writing. Ability to maintain effective interdepartmental relationships and courteous, effective relationships with external department contacts and customers.
