Consumer Loan Front End Analyst The Front-End Analyst is responsible for having knowledge of the process for Consumer Lending products which includes credit, compliance, title searches, appraisals and various terms and conditions associated with Consumer Lending. They are responsible for application validation and quality to confirm Comerica policies and procedures are being adhered to as well as meeting established service level agreements. The Front-End Analyst works closely with internal business partners and communicates with banking centers and management daily. They must have excellent time management skills, written communication skills, process management skills, technical skills, and the ability to prioritize workload in a high-volume environment. Position Responsibilities: Validate loan information for accuracy and data integrity. Handle incoming customer call volume from 800 number. Print Initial Disclosures daily, Mail to Customers. Monitor Initial Disclosure rejection reporting. Appraisal Processing. Bulk Scanning and Record Retention Processing of Paper. Position Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 1 year of experience in banking or lending 1 year of experience in customer service 1 year of experience utilizing MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Windows and web-based applications Work Best Category: Category C - Days in the office will either be designated days or will vary week to week from 2-5 days Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday Salary: To Be Determined Based on Individual Experience
