As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for all technical aspects of the telecommunications equipment deployment and ASP management at assigned jobs, including, but not limited to: Ensuring the appropriateness of the site for deployment; Recommending or selecting suppliers; Identifying and validating scope items with RF and suppliers; Determining and managing the distribution of the equipment and materials necessary for the deployment; Managing site access; Planning and scheduling the installation and construction of the job/site. Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of recent wireless industry experience. Must be local to NH. Experience in managing and directing general contractor suppliers, construction scope estimation, etc. (Civils, Ground, L&A, Backhaul, Maintenance Work). Experience in managing and directing general contractors, construction scope estimation, etc. (In-building, Backhaul, Maintenance Work). Understanding of site acquisition, zoning, permitting, landlord negotiations, leasing laws, jurisdictional requirements, and environmental compliance. Note: No C2C or third parties.
