Job Title: Property Manager Location: Savannah GA Job Type: Full-time Reports To: Regional Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential property. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for creating a positive living experience for residents. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, delivering outstanding customer service Manage all incoming communications, including calls, emails, and walk-ins Prepare and execute lease agreements and other rental documentation Collect rent payments and deposits in a timely and organized manner Handle resident concerns and service requests promptly and professionally Identify opportunities to improve resident satisfaction and property operations Maintain accurate records and process administrative forms, reports, and documents Conduct leasing activities using effective sales and telephone techniques Manage delinquencies, issue late notices, and coordinate the eviction process as needed Perform additional duties as assigned by the Regional Manager Qualifications: Proven experience in property management, leasing, or related customer service field Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general tech tools High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure Ability to work independently and take initiative Valid driver’s license required
