Landscape Account Manager - Join Our Team Are you passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces while building lasting client relationships? Do you have a knack for problem-solving and coordinating top-tier service delivery? If so, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our landscape team and play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and business growth. What You’ll Do Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through site visits, phone calls, and meetings. Address customer concerns and proactively resolve issues to ensure trust and satisfaction. Understand customer goals and align our services to meet their property needs and expectations. Proposal Development&Sales Create, present, and follow up on proposals for landscape maintenance, enhancements, and irrigation services. Collaborate with our team to design tailored solutions that meet customer needs and budgets. Identify upsell opportunities to improve landscapes and enhance customer experiences. Property Inspections&Consultation Conduct regular property walkthroughs with clients to assess conditions and identify potential improvements. Recommend seasonal services such as fall cleanups or irrigation adjustments. Service Delivery&Coordination Partner with the operations team to ensure timely, high-quality service that meets contract standards. Work with crew leaders to address client requests and manage challenges on-site. Issue Resolution&Problem Solving Quickly respond to service issues, coordinating with internal teams to find effective solutions. Communicate clearly with customers during service challenges to manage expectations. Administrative&Reporting Duties Maintain detailed records of interactions, contracts, and services. Monitor customer contracts, ensuring timely renewals and follow-ups. Track metrics like proposal conversion, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. Client Education&Outreach Share seasonal tips, updates, and industry trends to keep clients informed. Organize customer appreciation events and educational workshops to strengthen client relationships. What Success Looks Like Proposal Conversion Rate: Strong track record of winning proposals. Revenue Growth: Drive new and recurring revenue through upsells and cross-sells. Operational Excellence: Ensure services meet customer expectations with minimal complaints. Customer Retention: Build relationships that keep customers returning year after year. What We’re Looking For Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Experience in landscaping or related industries is a plus. Ability to manage multiple accounts and coordinate with operations effectively.
