Prioritizing comfort while assisting Residents in achieving their highest level of function Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Monitoring vital signs including temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure Maintaining a safe environment and assisting with fall-risk precautions Interdepartmental communications within the care team Qualifications: Current and active CNA certification in good standing within the State of Utah Must pass a background screen Understand and comply with local health regulations Ability to communicate effectively and positively with staff, residents, and family members Must pass a criminal background check, drug test, and reference inquiry.
