Trainees start at $0.60 per mile and experienced drivers earn $0.64 - $0.69 per mile, depending on experience Our terminals are located in Greeley, Colorado; Green Bay, Wisconsin; Cactus, Texas; Pittsburg, Texas; Tolleson, Arizona; and Oakwood, Georgia. If you’re in those areas, we have an opportunity for you Drive Strong: No Freight's more reliable than food Make Gains: Top Drivers Earn $95,000 Nebraska to Colorado Regional Position Driver Pay Rates: Trainees: Start at $0.60 Cents per Mile NEW PAY INCREASE: Experienced Drivers Earn $0.64 - $0.69 Cents per Mile, Depending on Experience Drivers average salary from $75,000 annually with our top drivers earning $95,000 All miles paid loaded or empty unless going home Extra Stop/Pickup pay at $40 per stop Lumper: paid by JBS - No driver unloads unless they want to ($2.50 per thousand pounds) Breakdown Pay: $16/hour after 2 hours, with a max of 10 hours Layover Pay: $140 for each instance after idle for 24 hours (Must be available for work during this time) In Transit Layover Pay: Loads with multiple drops $160 per occurance per 24-hour delay Benefits and Bonuses: $3,000 RETENTION BONUS Pet Policy Health Benefits: vision, medical, and dental coverage. Benefit eligibility begins after 60 days of employment Paid: sick leave and six company observed holidays 401(k) match of up to 50% on the first 4% of contributions. Company match begins at one year of service and follows a five year vesting schedule.
