While no prior car wash experience is necessary, a passion for sales and exceptional customer service is essential. You will be instrumental in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Actively approach customers and promote our express, full service, and detail wash packages. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering recommendations, and resolving concerns. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to upsell and cross-sell additional services and packages. Maintain a thorough understanding of our wash menu, pricing, and promotions. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish. Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the car wash. Complete daily sales reports and share the results with the entire team.
