The Role: The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be the first touchpoint for potential clients, identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and fueling the sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Engage with promising eCommerce brands and showcase the benefits of Customers.ai’s tools. Collaborate with Account Executives for personalized prospecting strategies. Experiment with multi-channel outreach to maintain a dynamic sales pipeline. What Makes You Shine: 1 years in sales or BDR experience, especially in marketing tech. A knack for clear communication and passion for exceeding targets. Proactive, goal-oriented, and loves a fast-paced work setting. Your Secret Weapons: Detail-oriented with the persistence to nurture leads effectively. Comfortable using CRM tools, email platforms, and LinkedIn for outreach.
