Job Description We are seeking talented Business Development Associates to join our downtown Chicago office. As a Business Development Associate at ITsavvy, your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients. With thousands of untapped prospects, this is an incredible opportunity for entry-level sales candidates to get hands-on experience selling in the IT space and growing ITsavvy's client base. What You'll Do Cold Calling This will be an important part of the job, and you will be expected to make a minimum of 80 calls a day. You will be reaching out to people with various degrees of interest in the company and have to overcome objections. Using various methods to make contacts on top of calling (e.g., email, social selling, mailings, attending trade shows, and various marketing initiatives). Lead Nurturing The primary focus on all leads is to convert them to a buying client. You will be following up with your leads on a regular basis to uncover new opportunities. You will work with your manager to create weekly campaigns (usually multiple) per week. Regular virtual on-camera meetings with clients to connect them with sales members, engineers, and partner specialists. After the first purchase, you will be expected to touch base with new clients. Training Participate in sales and communication training with your peers. Onboarding in company policy, resources, and internal systems. Get regular technology training to help you better understand and sell. Attend lunch and learns/webinars on specialized products and vendors. What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. 1 years of customer service or sales experience. Diligent work ethic and strong interest in Partner Management. Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment. Great communication skills, in-person and virtually. Superior organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
