Seeking a junior or midlevel associate with 2-5 years of large law firm experience to join our ERISA litigation practice. The successful applicant must possess experience in defending class action litigation, academic credentials, and strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Additionally, the applicant must be an active member of the bar in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which you are applying. Prior ERISA litigation experience is preferred but not required.
