_New Jersey /Tri-State Area located Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) needed for the MORRIS, ESSEX, HUDSON, UNION, SOMERSET, and MIDDLESEX County Areas Flexible Schedule that allows you to have work/life balance. _ Parsippany and Montclair- Both case are 7 BCBA hours each Secaucus, LInden, and Florham Park- All 3 cases are 6 BCBA hours each _Must be willing to travel to case locations (Direct hours and Parent Trainings are done in person)_ What Matters Most to You as a BCBA? Reach out today, and let's start a conversation about your future here _BCBA Responsibilities:_ - Conduct behavioral assessments to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans. - Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to modify behaviors and improve patient outcomes. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for patients. - Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. - Provide ongoing support and training to caregivers and staff on behavioral interventions. - Stay current on best practices and research in the field of behavioral health. _BCBA Qualifications:_ - Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and patient care - Experience with patient assessment and medical documentation - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology - Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and behavioral therapy - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism - Familiarity with special education practices and data collection techniques We at TUT believe that happy, motivated, and appreciated employees are the key to the success of our children - and to our organization as a whole.
