The Associate Clinical Recruiter will source and screen candidates, generating leads, passing leads, and offering contracts and closing clinicians for key Sound sites and needs. The Associate Clinical Recruiter will also build relationships with academic programs relevant to their region and/or service line to build long-term recruitment pipelines and clinical affiliation agreements. The Details: This role will require the ability to travel (15%) in support of in-person lectures, recruitment events, and national, regional, or state conferences. In this role, you will be responsible for: Sourcing clinical candidates through a variety of mediums including cold calling, website postings, trade shows, probing for referrals, social media, residency outreach, etc. Demonstrating skill in engaging clinical candidates over the phone to discuss Sound and viable practice opportunities Thoroughly screening candidates for fit with Sound’s core values of Integrity, Service Teamwork, Quality, and Innovation Collaborating with the Demand Generation team by keeping current all program procurement to optimize leads Overseeing the referencing process to ensure fit with Sound team Coordinating and supporting all specifics related to an on-site interview including itinerary preparation, travel, and real estate tours Effectively closing candidates by addressing pain points brought forth in contract negotiations Exhibiting a comprehensive understanding of physician practice issues Documenting all activity in the contact management system (Salesforce) Managing projects and strategizing accordingly Possessing strong organizational and communication skills (verbally and in writing) Handling a heavy workload under deadlines with minimal supervision Demonstrating flexibility and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment What we are looking for: A successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of a combination of these values, knowledge, and experience: Work Ethic: Dedication to getting the job done well and on time regardless of circumstances Driven: Motivated to succeed and get things done at a high level of achievement Team Player: Proactively seeks to work with others to accomplish a common goal Trustworthy: Demonstrates a high degree of integrity; keeps confidences; does what they say they will do Visionary: Demonstrates the ability to articulate and share the future of the organization Knowledge: Demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence Solid track record of sourcing viable candidates for positions Ability to foster and maintain mutually respectful clinician relationships Experience: 1 year experience in recruiting and sourcing, clinical academic outreach, or equivalent sales/healthcare experience preferably in healthcare or clinical field Pay Range: This position offers an annual salary range of $60,000 to $72,000, plus an incentive program. The starting salary will be based on candidate experience, and geographical location.
