North Shore Greenhouses, Inc. Assistant Sales Manager: Fast paced and challenging role working with 6 departments critical to the smooth execution of Company Goals and Customer expectations. Bringing the freshest, most favorable high-quality greenhouse grown herbs to kitchens that inspire fresh culinary experiences. Position Details: Non-Remote Full-Time position in Thermal, CA Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Responsibilities: Lead, manage, supervise, coach,&train our Customer Service Team. Liaison between Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Production, Quality Control, Packing/Shipping Teams. Works closely with General Manager and National Sales Manager to solve any problems that may arise. CenterPoint (Hub) for communicating resolutions to all Departments involved.
