Position Purpose: Provide support to the head and assistant coach, primarily at Carnival races. Core Responsibilities: Coach the technical and tactical aspects of the sport in practices and competitions. Mentor and support student-athletes in practices and competitions. Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Long and irregular hours, including early morning, nights, and weekends. Long hours in practice that may demand physical exertion on skis. Extensive travel for competitions. Requirements: Position Prerequisites: Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree preferred. Experience skiing and coaching at the collegiate level preferred. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of constituents through strong interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
