Anesthesiologist - Mount Sinai Hospital - Full Time Mount Sinai Hospital is a designated Level I trauma center on the west side of Chicago, serving a diverse patient population and case mix. The 319-bed facility operates at a swift pace, supported by a talented team of surgeons and staff members. Position Requirements Responsibilities: Assist in directing and coordinating activities in the Anesthesia Department. Responsible for the medical management of patients during surgery and other medical procedures. Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments. Obtain and verify patient consent. Discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients. Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia. Monitor the patient's physiological condition. Perform clinical interventions as needed. Qualifications: M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine. ECFMG and FLEX certification. Completion of an approved residency in anesthesia.
