Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Employment Opportunity Overview Actively seeking a Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our existing multi-specialty medical group specifically in our Urology department in our Holladay clinic. Job Summary The APP is responsible for Urology-specific patient needs, including but not limited to; evaluation and management, surgery-related treatment plans, appropriate medications and the ability to provide excellent care in a busy environment. Minimum Requirements: Appropriate and applicable licensure, education and certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the state of Utah.
