Schedule: Tuesdays–Thursdays, 4:00 PM–9:00 PM Compensation: $23–$24/hour Start Date: Tuesday, January 7, 2025 Key Responsibilities: Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and office management. Provide support in event coordination, reporting, and general marketing efforts. Assist in creating presentations and mail merges using MS Office Suite. Enhance office efficiency through implementing and communicating new systems and procedures. Develop and disseminate digital and print content using platforms such as Canva, Mailchimp, and social media tools. Maintain the photo and document library, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Act as the first point of contact for inquiries, demonstrating professional email and phone etiquette. Update and manage member information in a specialized database. Generate and run reports to support member and organizational initiatives. Collaborate with member leaders to plan and execute events at HQ and within the community. Provide staffing support for onsite and offsite events. Assist with donor cultivation activities, data entry, acknowledgment letters, and donor mailings. Maintain and clean up donor records in collaboration with the Fund Development team. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree (completed). Experience: Minimum 2 years in an administrative, program coordination, or related role. Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, and similar platforms (e.g., Loomly). Database management experience required. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills.: Self-motivated, capable of working independently. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability. Team player with a positive, professional attitude. Commitment to strong work and attendance ethic.
