Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification is a must. Practice in the Heart of the Community Flexible Scheduling: This is a daytime position, working 7 am – 7 pm, with a 7-on/7-off model. Key Responsibilities: Provide value to our partner hospital and be involved in committees. Possess a positive attitude and willingness to adapt, learn, and grow. Work in Meditech, with access to our internal informatics platform. Support the community with health initiatives, deliver evidence-based, high-quality healthcare, and collaborate with primary and post-acute care facilities.
