KBW Financial has partnered with a local company based out of Windsor, CT that is actively looking to add an AP Specialist to their growing team The AP Specialist will report into the Accounting Manager, and assist with full cycle AP functions, and well as general accounting functions. The AP Specialist will perform the following: Responsibilities: Handle the posting and processing of vendor invoices for timely payment Issue checks for outstanding accounts payable Ensure accurate account balances are maintained and posted Create charge and cash receipt journals Process and distribute financial statements Reconcile all report balances to ensure accurate posting Process and organize incoming invoices Compensation Package: Up to $55,000 All interested candidates should submit resumes in Word format via email to Sam Farnsworth at sfarnsworthkbwfinancial.com LI-SF1 KBW789 MONKBW
